TZB-9 Series highlight surface printing oil technology
Tuozhan TM highlight table printing oil is one new generation of environmental-friendly plastic concave oil developed by our company. The product is adapted to the surface printing of various thin membranes, especially the printing of food package. It is an ideal substitution for benzene-soluble surface ink.

Product characters
1. Products in this series does not contain solvent of benzene and kentone. It mainly uses alcohol and ester as solvents, which conforms to the requirement of environment and hygiene and improves the operation surroundings.
2. It adapts to the printing of various surface printing thin membrane. It has high brightness, fine fastness and excellent slipping performance.
3. This product is colorful with a high color concentration and strong extension ability. It has wonderful transportation and color-showing performance.
4. This printing is well adapted with good oil solubility and solvent-releasing performance.
5. The product does not stick, remove, permeate and could reduce the occurrence of printing accidents.
6. This product is dilution resistance and has outstanding weakening effect, which could lessen production cost.
1. Please adequately shake and mix before using the oil to keep the excellent fluidity.
2. Please use the dilution solvent in the same series when lessening the oil color concentration.
3. This product is not suitable to be mixed with other kinds of ink in case of printing disabilities.
4. Carry out adequate test experiments before using oil to reduce the occurrences of printing accidents.
5. The oil should be stored in cold and dry environment. The remaining oil should be sealed to store.
6. Please do not add benzene and kentone solvent to achieve the environmental-friendly requirements.

1.Solvent proportion (Recommended formula):
Clients can adjust solvent proportion based on practical circumstances. The recommended formula is as follows:

2.Printing viscosity(Recommended viscosity):
The clients can make adjustments based on the practical circumstances, the recommended viscosities are:
1. White ink: 13-17s/25℃ (zahn cup 3#)
2. Colored ink: 13-18s/25℃ (zahn cup3#)
3.Sun-proof level（Basic colored ink）：
