TZH-9 Series heat resistance surface printing oil technology
Tuozhan TM heat resistance table printing oil is one new generation of environmental-friendly plastic concave oil developed by our company. The product is adapted to the surface printing of various thin membranes, especially the printing of various paper packages.

Product characters
1. Products in this series does not contain solvent of benzene and kentone. It mainly uses alcohol and ester as solvents, which conforms to the requirement of environment and hygiene and improves the operation surroundings.
2. It adapts to the printing of various surface printing thin membrane. It has fine fastness, excellent slipping performance. It can resist rub and scratch and has a wide range of applications.
3. The printing has excellent adaptability and vivid color, strong color-showing ability and good transportation performance. It resists dilution and has good sleeking performance, which reduces production cost.
4. It adapts to the printing of low, middle and high speed at 60-230 meters per minute. The oil could re-solute well.
5. The solvent has a fine releasing performance with a low concentration of remaining printing solvent and is basically tasteless.
6. The product has a wonderful heat resistance performance. Heat seal can be operated under 180℃ without the oil sticking or falling off.
7. The oil does not contain heat-resistance intensification solvent and can be stored steadily.
1. Please adequately shake and mix before using the oil to keep the excellent fluidity.
2. Please use the dilution solvent in the same series when lessening the oil color concentration.
3. This product is not suitable to be mixed with other kinds of ink in case of printing disabilities.
4. Carry out adequate test experiments before using oil to reduce the occurrences of printing accidents.
5. The oil should be stored in cold and dry environment. The remaining oil should be sealed to store.
6. Please do not add benzene and kentone solvent to achieve the environmental-friendly requirements.
1. Printing viscosity(Recommended viscosity):
The clients can make adjustments based on the practical circumstances, the recommended viscosities are:
White ink: 13-17s/25℃ (zahn cup 3#)
Colored ink: 13-18s/25℃ (zahn cup3#)
2. Solvent proportion (Recommended formula):
Clients can adjust solvent proportion based on practical circumstances. The recommended formula is as follows:

Notes: If the colors above are added into white ink, the sun-proof level would fall rapidly. We suggest that try not to add white ink during color modulation.
